Finally I got to see The Descendants last night.

Since it only premiered last week in Hungary I have been waiting to see it for a really long time. Reading and hearing all the stuff about this movie I had all sorts of expectations but it really did surpass all of them.

It has such a good balance between good humor and the sadness of the story. George Clooney was really good (despite all the ugly shirts :)), clearly I just love him in everything he does, although I don’t like big words like best acting of his career and whatnot. I suspect the Oscar will go to the French guy anyway. But then I really hope The Descendants will get most of those awards too, it would so deserve the Oscar for Best Picture! We’ll see on Sunday…
