Hopefully the Security Council can now take real actions to put an end to the bloodshed that’s been going on for too long.

Another SC resolution that has the potential to bring effect, but we will have to wait and see if it does so.
UNSCR 2334 on Israeli Settlements
And still one more, one of the most controversial issues of the week to be honest, the Security Council was indeed very busy this week. Coming after news of Trump’s choice of the new US Ambassador to Israel, this resolution is particularly important considering US politics around its topic.
