The UN Security Council met at 6755th meeting to discuss the Situation in Syria.The Security Council discussed the letter dated 19 April 2012 from the Secretary-General addressed to the President of the Security Council (S/2012/238) At this meeting, the Security Council adopted Resolution 2043 (2012) unanimously; Observers to Be Deployed Expeditiously, Subject to Assessment of Relevant Developments on the Ground.
