Ok, well at first it really does seem funny (LOL at people calling the man “Lil’ Kim”), but then you start thinking: You can’t just fire rockets into wherever you wish, they must have known there were risks, it could have hurt anyone. I wonder how many people got in trouble for that one in DPRK already. I am looking forward to hearing about the Security Council meeting at 10.00 am EST where this incident is on the agenda. It seems it was mere luck that it remained only threat to the peace (UN Charter Article 39) and didn’t cause any bigger…
