This is a live version recorded in Vienna in 2003, and really special to the Hungarian fans because she dedicated this song to us that night. We were in the front rows holding several signs for Mariah, one of them said “please dedicate a song to the Hungarian fans”. And she saw it just when she started singing CTTA, so she dedicated this one to us. You can hear her saying it…
While we’re in black & white… The original Anytime You Need A Friend video was the second video I ever saw from Mariah. It was on the same program as Without You, came on a few minutes after it, by then, I was already a fan. 🙂 This is the fun version, although it’s shortened on VEVO.
