Happy Sunday! It is summer in full swing with another heatwave in Hungary. Today is also the day of a New Moon, which they say is a great occasion to start carrying out plans. Hello, everyone! Another week with unspeakable tragedies in the world, I hope everyone is doing fine! In the coming weeks I am experimenting with some new ideas around here on the blog, which will slightly shake up these Sunday round-ups too. I hope you like a little variety. Earth Day has a special meaning in the year which is crucial for the fight against climate change. This year the United Nations will decide on the Sustainable Development Goals and we will see whether member states are willing and able to take necessary action to preserve our Earth for the next generations. On a lighter note, have you played Google’s Earth Day Quiz? Turns out I’m a woolly mammoth! (”So unique, you’re technically extinct. But on the bright side, scientists hope to be able to clone you some day!” – uhm, good for them…)
